      C: Average Location L: Low intensity of utilities usage Lg: Large Size Land Plots

      • Above starting price is for land including standard utility hook-ups at parcel boundary. It dose not include maintenance and operational fees.
      • Total contract value can be paid on 4 equal annual installments with no interest. The 1st payment is due on signing of contract.
      • Land title and transfer of ownership at full payment of land value.
      • Maintenance and operational fees range between 2.0 to 3.5 L.E. per m2 annually.
      • Special discount rate when using our one stop shop.
