Purchase/Rent Procedures

SIDC’s new client (who has complete legal documents & commercial record) should follow several steps to reach signing the final purchase/rental contract:

• Apply by filling the land application form.
• Receive SIDC proposal prepared by our consultancy office.
• After  the approval of the client, SIDC shall prepare the contract drafts.
• Contract signage by both parties.
• Handing over the land to the client.
• Routine checks by SIDC staff.
